Hi, I’m Parul Narang, the founder of Bakeology Surat and DOW (Desserts on Wheels).
A self-taught baker, I have spent years perfecting recipes through countless trials using simple, easily available ingredients. Since 2021, Bakeology and DOW have been serving handcrafted desserts, baked goods, and unique café experiences.
Over the past 5+ years, we have trained 15,000+ students through our workshops, including hobby bakers, home bakers, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Many of our students have successfully started their own baking businesses using our recipes and techniques.
